I'm Jacqueline, a mum of two, a workers union rep and maternity support advocate.

I had two maternity leaves in less than two years and almost broke from the stress of trying to maintain my performance at work, advocate for my rights, be a present mum and protect my mental health. After connecting with dozens of new mums who were struggling just like me, I realised it's not supposed to be this way.

Mums don't know how to advocate for their rights and many businesses don't understand their obligations.

The system doesn't work. It's time to transform how businesses and parents work together, for good.
